The greater efficacy of SPA inhalation treatments can be seen most clearly in the preventive sphere and in the stabilization of clinical conditions.

Terme di Sirmione has targeted its investments in both basic and clinical research to support the inclusion of new services and improve the offer of the treatments already provided. The activity, aimed at the continuous improvement of treatment protocols, the development of new services and the conduct of major research in the medical field, is coordinated by the Scientific Coordinator, supported by the Board of Consultants and conducted in collaboration with major university research centres, including through the financing of the Thermal Scientific Research Foundation (FoRST).
