Medical package
7 days – Rehabilitation Program
At Terme di Sirmione, hydrotherapy is used for patients suffering from secondary motor problems due to neurological disorders, in addition to the traditional rehabilitative methods. The rehabilitative intervention with this method makes use of the chemical properties of the thermal water and its physical effects (viscosity, resistance, floating, temperature, etc.). The apparent loss of body weight and the ease of movement due to the hydrostatic pressure induces significant psychological gratification as well as physical wellness in patients.
Conditions: brain injury outcomes, medullary lesions, pyramidal syndromes, Parkinson’s Disease, plaque sclerosis, neuromuscular diseases.
