Thermal rehabilitation is the natural solution for prevention, rehabilitation, and treatment of important body functions and meets the need to feel good and fit. A relaxing bath in the thermal pool, with Leopoldina water at a temperature of 33 °C, followed by a therapeutic body massage, has a relaxing effect on muscular tension and pain, as well as promotes blood circulation.

7 Days – Individual Functional Rehabilitation in Thermal Pool
Functional rehabilitation with a physiotherapist to restore and improve body functions. Exercises in thermal pools are basic support in rehabilitation, thanks to the muscle relaxant effect of thermal water in combination with exercise without resistance and the hydrostatic effect: a body immersed in water is pushed up, which allows it to stay afloat, the greater the more water is rich in salts.
Conditions: orthopedic and neurological problems after accident or illness.

7 Days – Postural Programme
Postural changes are an issue that involves an increasing number of people causing long-term problems as well. It is therefore essential to know your posture and any corrections required both in terms of therapy and prevention. After the postural analysis which evidences the body problems, the personalized programme is prepared and will be used during the sessions of postural exercises. The programmes include the use of the thermal pool which helps the natural muscle-relaxation.
Conditions: Improves bad postural habits, with positive results for the whole body.

- 7 nights in half-board
- 1 first medical examination with physiatrist specialist for a general check-up of the body barycentric position
- 2 postural analysis: to technically evaluate physical abnormalities of the positioning of the body, before and after the treatments
- 5 gym sessions with personal physiotherapists using soft equipment under the supervision of professional staff, for helping to change wrong body positions and improving movements. (60 min)
- 2 osteopathic treatments using manual and instrumental techniques using soft equipment under the supervision of professional staff, for helping to change wrong body positions and improving movements. ( 30 min)
- 5 entrances to the thermal pool to improve the effectiveness of treatments with assigned exercises self water gym exercises, where the floating helps movements (60 min)
