BOOKINGS, PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY SUMMARY
Reservations conditions
All reservations are on request. Clients have to send the booking request to medical@termetour.com. The package rates are in Euro (€), per person and include taxes and services. Tourist city tax is not included in the rate. If requested, the client has to pay it directly on site.
Payment conditions
Termetour Srl will send to the client the booking confirmation and the total amount to be paid.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days after the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid within 30 days before arrival date. Please note that for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full prepayment is requested. After balance, the client will receive by e-mail a voucher with the recap of the services booked. At the arrival the client has to give the voucher to the reception of the hotel/medical center/clinic.

If the payment will be done by credit card, the client must send to bookingmedical@termetour.com the credit card details and payment authorization.
Cancellation policy
Penalty of € 200 per person will be charged if reservations are cancelled up to 21 days before arrival date.
Penalty of 30% will be charged if reservations are cancelled from 20 to 10 days before arrival date.
Penalty of 50% will be charged if reservations are cancelled from 9 to 2 days before arrival date.
Penalty of 100% will be charged if reservations are cancelled 1 day before arrival date or in case of No -Show.
Penalties will be calculated on the total amount of the reservation.

– In compliance with the legal obligations deriving from DL 79 of 23 May 2011 – art. 50 paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 and subsequent amendments / additions Termetour Srl has contracted adequate INSURANCE POLICY with Vittoria Assicurazioni Spa (Policy number: 631.36.922319 Consorzio FOGAR-FIAVET) which guarantees the Tourist for the reimbursement of the price of the tourist package and / or cost of immediate return if the tourist himself is not put in a position to use all or part of the services included in the tourist package exclusively in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy of Termetour Srl.
